NEW ULTRAVOLT® "35A" SERIES ENTERS BETA TEST PHASE RONKONKOMA, New York June 29, 1998 UltraVolt Inc., a world-leading manufacturer of high voltage power supplies, today announced the start of the beta test phase of the new "35A" Series high voltage power supply. "The '35A' Series has performed admirably during alpha testing and we're pleased to move forward to beta test," said James Morrison, Executive Vice President. "The '35A' Series is the next logical step in the '10A-30A' family, and we're pleased that it's one step closer to full release." The "35A" Series raises the maximum voltage available from UltraVolt to 35kV. Initial units will be at 4W, while future units will be available at 15W and 30W. All power levels will be in the same size package as the "30A" Series. Beta units and preliminary technical information are available immediately. Full data sheets and production will be available after beta customer feedback, completion of internal statistical data collection over all environments and operating ranges, and preliminary safety agency review
