In the event that you decide to place an order, UltraVolt will accept a faxed or e-mailed PURCHASE ORDER. The P.O. should include your company name, shipping address, billing address, payment terms, e-mail address, phone number, and fax number.

UltraVolt requires the end-use, application and final ship destination information before we release any domestic or international order for shipment.
